This work belongs to “Dzayerna”, Walid Tighiouart's second solo exhibition, shown at Villa Abdellatif (Dar Abd-el-Tif) in Algiers from 9 to 30 May 2026: an immersion in an Algeria lived and felt, from Bou Saâda to Ghardaïa, from Sidi-Aïch to the M'Zab.

Walid Tighiouart, known as TiG, is a self-taught Algerian painter born in Algiers in 1994. His paintings build Algeria's cities, villages and people out of geometric fragments, often triangles.
